EMDR Supervision

The EMDR Centre London offers targeted supervision for those working with EMDR in therapy, trauma therapy and coaching. Supervision is used as a quality control and to improve your own professional competence. It enables you to assess your own treatments and application of EMDR protocols, and to solve problems as well as promoting self-competence.

At our Centre you have the opportunity to make use of supervision in two forms:
1. Individual supervision
2. Group supervision

Individual supervision:
Individual supervision takes the form of a private conversation and can help you to improve perception, to recognise and solve problem areas as well as develop a new attitude.

This could comprise the following:

  • The relationship between you and your clients
  • Personal feelings, thoughts and conduct
  • Case supervision
  • Patient history and diagnosis
  • Discussing strategies and goals

Group supervision:
A group supervision day takes place four times a year with a maximum of 9 participants. Here, we constructively discuss problems, conflicts, case studies and experiences that you bring with you from your everyday professional life.

Investment:
The supervision day costs £180 and runs from 10.00am till 5.00pm. Those participating in a training course at the EMDR Training Centre London pay the reduced hourly rate of £110 for individual supervision.

Standard hourly rate: £130
