The workshop will focus on identifying the root causes of burnout and utilizing EMDR techniques to facilitate healing and recovery for clients. Participants will explore the intricate relationship between chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, and burnout, learning how to utilize EMDR techniques to help clients process their experiences and restore their mental health. The workshop will provide a supportive environment for practitioners to deepen their understanding of burnout and enhance their therapeutic skills.
